The former Glasgow Herald Building is now home to Scotland's award winning Centre for Design and Architecture. The Mackintosh Interpretation Centre contains original objects, interactive touch screens and architectural models. The Mackintosh tower with its spiral staircase provides magnificent rooftop views of Glasgow. The Lighthouse offers a variety of events, talks, workshops and tours for all ages throughout the year.

We are equidistant to St. Enoch and Buchanan Street underground stations, please follow street signs to The Lighthouse.
From Queen Street Station:
Exit the station onto Great George Street and turn right towards Buchanan Street. When you reach Buchanan Street turn left and head towards Argyle Street. Keep to the right and look out for the USC store. When you reach the shop turn right into Mitchell Lane, and The Lighthouse is on your left.
From Central Station:
Exit the station onto Gordon Street and head right. Take the second right onto Mitchell Street, you will see the NCP Car Park on the right and The Lighthouse on the left. Take the first left onto Mitchell Lane and The Lighthouse is on your right
