Summer Art School

The Mackintosh Church at Queen’s Cross has launched it’s first ever Summer Art School, the week long course is aimed at young people aged 8 – 14 who are interested in creating their own animations and cartoons or those who think they’ve got what it takes to make there own comic book.

Not only will you get the chance to meet and work with professional artists but everyones work will go on exhibition at the Mackintosh Church at the end of the summer. There are still places left.

Secret Buildings; Comic Book Course:
Take inspiration from and visit many of Glasgow’s best known and well hidden buildings and heritage sites, develop your drawing skills, learn how to create your own characters, write your own story and make your own comic book!
Age 8 – 14 yrs
Runs daily: 10am – 4.00pm
